Privacy Policy

Updated November 2, 2026. Busan Busters is a private scheduling and match-history tool operated by Jun for a six-person friend group.

Information used

The application keeps the group's configured Discord IDs and display names, submitted availability, session proposals, confirmations and declines, and Discord message identifiers needed to update scheduling posts. Discord sign-in requests the identify scope. The returned profile is used to check your ID against the roster; the access token and other profile fields are not stored.

Essential secure cookies hold a random sign-in session token and a temporary OAuth state value. Their hashes are stored in the database. Sessions expire after seven days; OAuth state expires after ten minutes. There are no advertising or analytics scripts in this application.

Purpose and visibility

Data is used to find shared gaming times, manage lineups, and send scheduling messages. All six authorized members can view group availability. Scheduling posts and mentions are visible to anyone who can access the selected Discord channel. Jun administers the application and database.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the application and D1 database. Discord provides authentication and receives the scheduling posts and mentions. These providers process network and service information under their own policies. The application does not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Optional match tracking

Each member can declare and opt in to tracking up to two Riot accounts. The app records those Riot IDs, stable account identifiers (PUUIDs), consent times, and connection status. Account ownership is self-declared; Discord sign-in does not verify Riot account ownership.

HenrikDev, an unofficial match-data provider, receives Riot account identifiers and API requests. Its match responses can include other players; the app stores only qualifying ranked matches for five consenting roster members in the same party. Opponent identities, raw match responses and unrelated matches are not stored. Saved fields include match ID, start time, map, score, agent, kills, deaths, assists, combat score and damage for roster members. These stats and match history are visible only to signed-in roster members.

Tracking is prospective: games must start after both group activation and each participant's consent. The provider and Cloudflare process requests under their own policies. Jun manages the API key, stored as a server-side secret. No Riot password is requested.

Retention and deletion

Weekly scheduling records are removed by the scheduled cleanup within approximately 14 weeks. Delivery bookkeeping expires after 90 days. Expired sign-in records are removed by scheduled cleanup. Cleanup requires the deployed cron to remain operational. Hosting backups or recovery copies may persist under the provider's retention settings.

Match records are retained until deleted or the app is retired. Use “Stop tracking and delete my match data” under Accounts to revoke consent, delete your account links, and remove every stored match involving you from group history and stats. Future checks exclude your accounts. Opting in again starts a new consent period and does not restore past matches. The original configured account suggestions remain in the application source until Jun removes them. Use “Delete my data” to also clear your availability, confirmations and sessions. Your fixed roster ID remains for access authorization until Jun removes it. Historical Discord reminders can remain in the channel; request their deletion from Jun. Deletion updates existing proposal messages when the Discord connection is enabled and available.

Contact and changes

Contact Jun on Discord in the Busan Busters server for access removal, corrections or privacy questions. Material changes to data practices will be reflected here before new uses are enabled.
